Your catalogue, your accounts, your data — nothing leaves your network. No publisher limit and no charge, ever, because the server is yours. Installing and operating it is covered in the documentation.
Questions
- Who counts as a publisher?
- Anyone with the publisher or admin role in an organisation of your group. Readers do not count, and the same person in several organisations counts once.
- Do I need to pay to USE other people’s tasks?
- No. Reading and resolving the public catalogue needs no account and no plan, and reading your group’s private catalogue is the reader role — free and unlimited.
- What happens when publishers run out?
- Giving the role to one more person is refused, with the quota number. Nobody loses what they already have, and nothing published is removed or becomes unavailable.
